"Leadership have developed a culture of continuous improvement with high levels of expectation and accountability. There is an explicit line of sight from the school improvement plan to classroom practice. Staff collaboratively engage in the analysis of student achievement data to inform the plan, which is reviewed through the year and adjusted in response to the evidence gathered. Leadership have built teacher capability through training, development and performance management. Staff are committed to improving their practice and work collaboratively to improve learning outcomes for students."
